Throughout 2025 and 2026, the City of Beavercreek will collaborate with OHM Advisors and ZoneCo to develop a Land Use Plan and Code Update (zoning and maintenance code). This initiative will provide a strategic framework for the city's future growth, balancing development, preservation, and community priorities.
The project will involve an extensive review of previous plans, in-depth analysis, and research to build upon the city's existing vision while identifying new opportunities for improvement. Meet The Team
The project team includes the City of Beavercreek staff and the consulting firms OHM Advisors and ZoneCo. OHM Advisors will lead the development of the Land Use Plan, conducting analysis, research, and community engagement to create a strategic vision for the city's future growth and development. ZoneCo will update the city's zoning and maintenance code to ensure that regulations align with the land use vision and support sustainable and responsible development.
